About Us
Looking for a newly built RV park dedicated to long-term, monthly rentals? Are you working in the area, retired, or just looking for a spot to land in Sevier County? If so, Hattie Branch RV Park is the place for you! We are located 10 minutes from Sevierville, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 25 minutes to Gatlinburg, 5 minutes to Douglas Lake, and 2 minutes to gas stations/grocery stores/storage/ county dumpster sites and more! All of this while still feeling surrounded by the Smoky Mountains. Hattie Branch RV Park is one of only a few campgrounds dedicated to someone like you, just needing a place to land. Hattie Branch RV Park does not offer overnight rentals and is more suited to a community that wants to be a part of the Sevier County community. We have worked hard to make this Park nice, while reducing things that make other sites in the area so expensive. Monthly rentals include full hook-ups offering water, electricity, and sewer all included in the affordable monthly rental fee beginning at $725. Our sites are 20'x50' with full hook-ups to suit all RV and Camper types. Minimum rental is four (4) months. Spaces are filling up, so be sure to book today to grab your site!
